It was lovely to see Mel and her two littlest ones too, they're both so cute. :D And the absolute image of each other. Mel - when I got home I spotted the tiny tights for T in my bag! I'm blaming baby brain - still.

There is a couple of pics on fb of L, V & T. I couldn't get K to stay still for long enough to catch him!

    Hello :)

It's a simple one really... He has an Attachment of earnings for £40pw... Sometimes I get £30something... Last week I got nothing, this week I got a whole £7.60... I never get more than £40 to balance out the short weeks...

Would they print me off a statement of payments recieved by them / by me? Last time I rang to query it they basically told me that they just forward on whatever they got from him and there were no arrears on the account but I don't see how that's possible with random missing payments and low amounts?
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Susan :( I think a complaint letter would be good. I wish I had done one when I went into hospital with bleeding (I miscarried Keira's twin that I didn't even know about) and I was left in the waiting room being tutted at because I was bleeding and making a mess, and afterwards, made to wait there for them to arrange a scan for the next day.

I really think the NHS need a kick up the butt with sensitivity and common sense. Really sorry it happened though ((hugs))

If its attachement of earnings, there is a mimimum percentage of his wages he must be left with, so £40 must be more than they're allowed, so they're taking the max they can each week.

When you've had nothing, he might have been on unpaid leave?, SSP?, or something which has reduced his wages drastically for a week or two.

When he's paying anything less than the £40 a week, the difference will go onto arrears. So, if say one week he does a major amount of overtime and earns megabucks, they 'should' take more, leaving him with the same minimum amount of take home pay. Iykwim?

You should get statement, either 6 monthly or annually telling you what he's paid/what he hasn't and an arrears amount.

But, you should be able to phone them at anytime and ask for a statement.
