Oh my books came today - really pleased with the ones I've ordered (amazing value!) but a bit disappointed with the fisherprice ones as they've been packaged so that the one with the buggy strap has dug into the one behind making it all dented and also the red from the buggy strap has come off an the cover of both the buggy strap book and the book behind. I know it was free but I might email them to complain. I'd be annoyed if I'd wanted it as a present.

One of my orders came today (bet hermes were mega busy today lol) and one of my books is damaged, it is the one i got for myself i wondered about emailing but i think i'll see what the next order is like first, am impressed with it all though,

BeckyJack gorgeous pics, sons uniform looks very posh!:)

KitKat, congrats on baby theo, he is gorgeous!! my friend had a baby a few weeks ago called theo too!

    Well done krystal,

I got a new hoover last week, its one of the vax one where u can clean the carpet too, well ive just cleaned downstairs now, am quite impressed! the colour of the water i had to empty afterwards was a bit:o oh and to give u a giggle, as i was emptying the first lot i carried it through to the kitchen and as my feet were wet i went flying and so did the big tub of dirty water :o all over the walls, cooker everywhere lol, oh well it needed a lick of paint anyway:rotfl:

Gill/Sugar what is the 10 post rule? is it you only get points if you make 10 or you get paid for every post upto 10 so If I make 5 i just get less points? (does that make sense?)
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

  • Ta SS. I have a jam kettle, so should be ok ;)

    Congratulations EA

And Kindof - I think a few of us mentioned it on our newbie posts. I've discovered saying well done to the winners threads helps to make up my 10 posts. I'm careful not to post exactly the same thing on more than one persons thread though... I know some people do it, and really blatant about making up their 10 posts (welcoming the same person more than once on different days with exactly the same message and things!), but I like to be at least a little bit subtle ;)

Hope you didn't hurt yourself when you slipped jm!!!

I'm a bit embarrased the books were delivered by Hermes really... That poor bloke sees me in my pyjamas far more often than any man who isn't my husband deserves... I bet verbaudet use hermes too... I'm expecting 2 orders from them as well as 2 more book orders...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
