    Good tip, thanks Weezl :)
  • Bruno, it might be worth Mrs Bruno seeing the Dr to see if they can alter the asthma medication...

My aunt was always puffing on her inhalers and I used to worry about it because she was so similar to my Grandad and he was dying from COPD at the time... But her Dr changed her medication completely and now she barely needs them, the change is amazing!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

just on for a second but has Mrs B tried sitting up slightly at night with one of the V shaped pillows?? just a thought that popped into my head? also a bowl of water in the room to help moisten the air, i find this helps when my lot are chesty. however touch wood since we have moved into this house we have had no chest problems at all and only the usual bugs!

Off to have a lovely child free day and enjoy a nandos :D hope you all have a great day x
What's for you won't go past you
  • Krystal, please send Mr Frosty to me asap! :D;). Love from Mrs Misery who can only remember the presents she didn't get not the lovely ones that Santa brought xxx

3, I'm so happy to hear Mousetrap was rubbish! I remember the adverts though and it looked fab!

Ah, poor Benjamin. Lots of hugs to you both, MFD. Pics are lovely and it looks like you had a great time though.

    Yay for Elliot sleeping!

    And I'm still catching up....

    Hi everyone :hello:

Last night at about 8.30 I was feeding Squeak and had to run off and be violently sick, after which everything started spinning at 100mph  I'd tried to eat dinner because I felt light headed. I think the chicken curry pie was a step too far for my poor tummy :rotfl:

Hope you feel better today, Delain.

Gentle hugs to Bruno and Mrs Bruno too. It sounds like Mrs Bruno's having a tough time of it, and I hope you get a chance for a little R & R soon Bruno as you always seem to be non-stop. Remind me when baby is due?

I am being a lazy moo and sitting on my arris while Henry naps, when I should really be sorting out goody bags for the NCT. I ache after a mega-busy day at work yesterday and my hips hurt like they did when I was pg . I am not pregnant though, just a bit old and fat :rotfl:.

I am so making these at Christmas http://christmas.organizedhome.com/printable-gifts/dustpan-cookies :T.

Am feeling a bit better now thanks :o I rang OH last night and almost asked him to come home :o He did say bless him if I still felt bad this morning he'd come back.

Had a shower and feel a lot more human. I sent the older monsters to school in a taxi which was really not MSE at all, but I couldn't have coped with the school bus run :(

Oh and I'm not going to risk cooked food today! Promised OH a SC stew tomorrow with dumplings, I'm quite looking forward to it too and I need to go and get the beef. Hopefully co op will have some whoopsie'd.

excuse the me me me post :rotfl:

Thanks GISI, Caz... due date 10th dec so a while to go yet still! FIL is staying with us for 2 weeks  at end of Sep (and a friend of his who I've never met for a few days too  ) which while stressful in some respects especially for me, will be good support for OH during that period. I have hoarded holiday all year (5 days in Cornwall was it :p) so that I can take all of December off from the 3rd (pending potential drama with job promotion... ) which I hope will help although probably not be very restful for me!

Had to fill out a mini-questionnaire for a team thing at work the other day, to complete "My life is..." I did indeed write 'non-stop'!

Delain, sounds unpleasant! Hope it really was just a one-off tummy reaction to spice??

Delain, I hope your feeling better.

Sales, it must be the day for unusually long naps, normally madam 'power naps', but has just woken up from a huge 2 1/2 hour sleep!

I'm thinking I might get some little bells and sew them onto a pair of socks, as Sophie seems to be discovering parts of herself at the moment and really likes to kick her feet about.
