:rotfl:28th is my oh's day off so it means he can watch my littlies whilst i make a mad dash there, there is one really close to use but it has hardly any toys so need to travel a bit further!0 -

I just wish it wasn't during half term, last year I couldn't get there till my husband got home from work to mind the kids, and nearly everything was gone
Everything was out of stock online by 8am too!
Can't you just take the Kids with you and pretend you've been asked to fetch some toys for a 'friend'that's what I usually end up doing......:D and will have to do it again this year too!

Ha ha I tried that one the other day (took the 3 year old along to Smyths as I was getting the Lego Police Station at bargain price for the 6 year old) kept saying to him "just got to pick something up for Nana" but he hasn't stopped going on about it since!! I have had to try and make out he's imagined the whole thing!!0

I do hope it's not in half term, what a silly time to do it when they know parents will have the children with them!! I like the presents for the children to be a surprise so would be disappointed if they were with me and I know I wouldn't buy as much.We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

That's what i'm doing as our local store doesn't have many toys even with a sale on.Proud mum to now-grown-up daughter (Pebbles) and two lovely grandchildren (Roxy & Chip).

You could always wait up on the Tuesday night as it should go live midnight online.

My local sainsbury's doesn't usually have many toys either but I'm sure for last year they brought extra toys in
Can anybody remember this happening with their local store or did I imagine it?0 -
Yep - my local store in North Devon doesn't have many toys normally but last year they had LOOOOOADS of them for this event so I'm hoping will be the same this year!!0
