When you have children in any divorce situation its always about playing the long game, rise above the pettiness of the day to day cage rattling and concentrate on bringing up your children and getting maintenance for their day to day living expenses.

    Wise words.

I know only too well what its like, to have a petty ex trying to cause trouble (and his ex gf a good while ago) After a series of abusive texts I reported him, and he was on bail undergoing investigations for a few months, and since then (charges were dropped due to crap police) its all been quiet.

Ive moved house, he's moved house, we dont know each others addresses or phone numbers. He was told 12mths ago to go through solicitor if he wanted to see the children, but he never pursued it.

The best bit of advice I was given was to bite my tongue, I did this for months, ignoring every text/dig/FB hate group.... until it went too far and I involved the police.

The CSA get money out of him from time to time, then he stops paying and ignores them... Im in the middle of a long wait for a payment as he informed them of a new baby and stopped paying, to try get his payments cut, inadvertantly encouraging them to take his babys tax credits LOL
New assessment should be on his mat tomorrow... would love to be a fly on the wall!
