Give her a break, rather than criticising her for posting with the wrong heading or in the wrong forum etc. thank her for highlighting this.

It's great that she posted it, but if she had put it in, say, the Bargains section, rather than the Freebies section, and put a more descriptive title - like
"Students: Get a free McFlurry with McDonalds meal", then it would be clearer who this applied to and whether the header was worth clicking on :)

its not suitable for anyone. why would anyone want to eat at McDonalds. And giving kids a 'happy' meal and finishing it off with a McFlurry makes my blood run cold. Why not just give them a bag of sugar?

Cos McDonalds tastes nice... Whether its healthy or not, thats the kinda stuff kids like... My dad has been eating McDonalds at least once a week since the 1970's and he's still fine...
Has this post helped ya? Be a dude and hit thanks :D Thank you :)

It was a 'treat' and not much different to those who allow sweets, biscuits, crisps, ice cream and birthday cake!

Lighten up.........the post was obviously helpful to some and not intended to cause outrage or a debate on the state of my kids arteries or MacDonald's food content.

p.s I love an occasional candyfloss (probably two bags of sugar!) :rotfl:
  • Is the Mcflurry suitable for vegetarians?

the smartie one isn't but the flake one is:)

do you realise the naivity and stupidity of your comment?

You used to be able to get a free bacon roll with an NUS card when you purchased a breakfast meal, im not sure if this is still the case though but its worth asking.
