    Hello. I have a question to ask people who use broadband from plusnet. I signed a contract online with plusnet 2 weeks ago. They said they would activate broadband and post me the wifi router in a week time. On 23th I got an email from plusnet stating that my broadband had been activated. However, the router didn't arrive at my house that day. I rang them the next day (24th). The woman was rude, and unhelpful. Hence I posted my question on their customer services page online. I goet an email on the 25th telling me that the router had been posted by royal mail 1st class on the 20th, and it would take 2-4 days to arrive at my house. Today is the 27th and it hasn't arrived yet. Is ther anyone who had the same problem with me before? What should I do? Should I ring them and request another router? Will I have to pay extra fee if I request another one?
