Started writing post then friend came round for dinner and I've lost it!
Shame about house valuation - does that mean you definitely are staying put then? If so, on plus side at least mortgage amount won't be going up, plus it costs so much to buy and sell anyway.
Congrats on ebay sales :T!Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89

Thanks MW, not sure tbh. Might try and sell it with EA working at sales office of house we would like. It really is a bargain (this will make you cringe being from down south) new build 4 bed, luxurious master suite on top floor, garage and garden for £184,950 and there is room to move on the price by about 10k so the salesman says so we could take a lower offer on ours if need be. Ultimately don't want to increase the mortgage but i think the need for various home improvements makes it financially worthwhile. Also, it is sooooooooooooo beautiful!
How shameful is this, have just looked at my mortgage paperwork and I have 2 different rates!
Majority at 3.19%
4,475 @1.15% and i haven't specified for OP's to come off higher interest rate! Must investigate this tomorrow.
Also noticed though that I can make underpayments for value of OP should i ever need to.

£50 sent as mortgage OP to come out with with regular payment on the 1st. If i can send £200 in December my OP's since June will be £1000 so am pleased with that. Have also put £50 in one of my new regular saver accounts.
Bit annoyed with myself really, without any advice I took out a 2 year tracker in April 2010 at 2.69% above base rate and paid £599 for the liberty. I have redemption fees of around £2500 if i were to switch but have noticed Barclays are offering good fixed rates for their current account customers. I was just afraid to stay on the SVR in case lenders decided to increase it dramatically. This was before my MFW days! Nothing I can do about it now I guess. Really need to get my LTV to under 75% for when this deal comes to an end. Based on yesterdays valuation my LTV here is 73.12% but not sure what it would be on the new house because unsure of its true value.
Also veering off idea of TTC, DD incredibly hard work at the momentJune 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

How are you feeling?June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Kids are just hard Cath. Not worth thinking about her current behaviour as it could be better or worse in 9 months.
Noticed your quidco question wasn't answered. If your bank account details are on there you will get paid automatically. Dh didn't enter his and we waited ages till i realised and entered it.
Interesting thing about nectar points. We are not huge collectors, and the card is in DHs name. What do we have to do to get nectar points browsing?0 -
I had an email about i think Michelle but you could try going onto nectar webste and seeing if it is there as a promotion. It tracks it for you too and apparantly I have 10 points so far for doing not a lot!
I think we will wait and see if we move, new house still wanted even if we stay a family of 3 for now as the move isn't just about the extra bedroom but more the quality of house.
I see your DS is testing you today too.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Hope dd improves for you. My dd2 is being a little wotsit the last few days too. I'm leaving her at nursery a little longer this afternoon and having some peace after work.0
