Thanks Michelle, will PM you in a minute.
Yes, Newgirly busy times here! DH really sees the house as an investment, it must be worth around 200k and it would be so nice not to have to worry about house maintenance. DD loves it and when we viewed climbed on the bed! Think she has chosen her room, she had her pick and opted for the smallest 4th bedroom! Can really picture us living there as a family.
Sales office closed till thursday and need to return a call the salesman left. DH has days off tomoro and thurs so we can get house ready for photos. I need to pay £200 to EA but that is refundable if we take it off the market.

My dentist asked me if I had any medical conditions when I was ttc. I said no, then she tried to send me for an X ray. I asked if I should have an X ray as I might be pregnant and she got right arsy with me, that I should have declared it as a medical condition.
Well its only a medical condition in the same sense that being alive is a medical condition, and you wouldn't declare that, would you??!Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Not a medical condition in my terminology but it is a situation that changes the way you are likely to be treated so I would hope that my patients would think to tell me (it's actually a specific question on my medical history form)
As it happens dental radiographs are so minimal and the units are so shielded that the science says they are safe for pregnant women and the baby. Saying that we often avoid taking them as mums to be are understandably concerned and we are often in a position to put off taking them for a few months when it isn't an issue any more.
There is one dental view that is unsafe for baby, it's called a vertex occlusal and I have never ever taken one, shows how common they are :rotfl:0 -
Hey CathT
Exciting decision re house- sounds like you have really thought it through- and also wish we could get a house like that where we are for that price!!
Totally agree most of us would really struggle if we went down a salary and these are tricky times financially /job wise for many ... for me at least this is most of the point of getting MF while I can whilst Im still working and then can go and do something I want to do rather than "have" to do!
Good luck with the test too when the time comes0
