Well ebay item sold for 99p! I never get Clarkes shoes on there for that price. That has been posted today.
Wow - onepoll is incredibly painful. I am up to £39.40 and after spending ages on a survey watching videos etc I was told 'you do not meet the demographics for this survey!' Also had to keep refreshing the page which was a pain. When will it get better on there??????
Sold travel system so that's another £40 for the OP pot. Will sort out finances etc tomorrow as DH gets paid. I am too tired to think clearly at the moment. Have just been helping DH with an application form for a job that's more money and closer to home so fingers crossed he's successful!
Had to have repeat blood test (then had injection) today as apparantly I have problems with my antibodies and need to make sure I don't knock my bump. Have to be extra careful in work I think.
Can everyone please keep their fingers crossed for me that I get 60p worth of surveys on Onepoll tomorrow.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Screened out of 7 on Global Test Market - nightmare - this is where I had given them up.
Good luck to the hubby for the job, and take care of yourself and bumpOPs so far £42,139

I agree Onepoll is pants at the moment - glad I didn't have time to start the one with videos before I left work!
I've also screened out of 4 GTM surveys today and I only need 5 more points til cashout - very frustrating:mad:.
I find since I turned 41 I screen out of many more surveys than I used to - nothing like rubbing salt in to the wound:(:D!
Wishing your OH loads of luck for the job and make sure you, look after yourself and your precious load:D

That 25p OP survey was so long winded, thankfully I managed to complete it, I was getting so bored. Surveys are fewer since I reached payout. Only on about £4 now.0

It's so frustrating getting screened out isn't it, especially when you think you have completed half the survey! Ouch at being 5 points off payout, I think I am up to 865 but when checked emails have quite a few invites to different surveys - that's if they are still available.
DH has been paid so I have sorted out all the little jobs and transfers etc. Need to tax car on Friday (that's not cheap is it!)
The job DH is going for seems great, slightly better hours, less travelling, extra £2.5k a year. I just hope he won't have to work Christmas day as he has not had to do that since we have been together. Is it worth turning a job down for that one reason though? I can't decide. The problem is I have to work Christmas and would hate for us never to have Christmas day together. It may turn out that he doesn't need to work it but I think they will be open that day for service. We just need to finish his application form and get that sent off tomorrow.
Bump and I are good, I am a negative blood group so just need to make sure I don't knock bump so blood doesn't mix with baby's. They weren't clear on what the problem with my antibodies was though. Had awful backache last night though which was a gentle reminder of my back to back labour with DD! Memories came flooding back! :eek:June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Hey Cath good luck with all your surveys you have motivated me to get back into mine!

I gaveup on surveys quite early on for the smae reason - so frustrating. I'd rather do mystery shops if I can get them. Oh dear about the back pain. I got a support belt from the hospital that helped.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

I've got a support belt from having SPD last time so may have to start wearing it again soon. I only have 5 weeks until I finish though and only 3 of those are working weeks.
Surveys are still frustrating but today is a better day! 15p to go one onepoll and GTM is up to 955 points so only a couple of surveys away on there aswell. I have also received a large box of washing powder to try from them which will save me buying any this month! This could mean a £70 OP when the money comes through which would be great as I only need to find another £138 to knock another month off after Augusts OP has gone out.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
It's my payday today, I'd decided that anything i brought home over estimated amount I would overpay but since it was only £2.58 it hardly seemed worth it! Topped savings up instead.
Taxed my car for 12 months at a cost of £165  luckily I have been saving monthly in a separate account so this was budgeted for. I need to go any buy some spatone to get my iron levels up (had letter off midwives today aswell about this) but can't be bothered to leave the house.
DH has taken his job application in this morning so fingers crossed he gets it. Main motivation is that he is desperately unhappy at work (again), I just think it's the trade he is in though to be honest. My maternity leave Sept-June seems an ideal time for him to possibly retrain or at least top up his qualifications.
I need 45 points on GTM and 15 points on OP to get to redeem - had no surveys from either so far today.
I applied for the post office credit card a few days ago for the £50 cashback but it's not tracked yet although I have received correspondence and PIN etc from Post Office. :mad:June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0
