sky+ crashed

Watching a programme we have saved on Sky+ - the playback paused - and wouldnt start again.

I pressed back up and then went back in and selected the same programme - it was fine for a minute and then paused again.

Came out of it all together and it now says I have no programmes!!

help

Have I really lost everything that was one there - only had about 10% storage left while I got round to saving everything on to DVD!

I would try doing a Planner Rebuild (Services 4 0 1 Select 7) and if that doesn;t work reload the software

I have problems with Sky+ every so often
a programme I've recorded won't play and causes everything to freeze, the only way to sort it is to switch everything off but the same programme still causes sky to freezesi we never get to watch it

If a planner rebuild doesn't work I think you'll have to delete the recording and try again next time it's on. Pretty much everything is repeated sooner or later.

Sorry a nice englishman - are you saying I should choose, Select, 4, 0, 1, and then select?

If so there isent a 0 for system set up?

Hope you get your recordings back. Not into footie myself but I know how important it is to the fans!
