  • It's good that you've got a plan though. Have you sorted out your bills so that you are paying the least you possibly can for them? I don't know if you have done a SOA yet, but people can usually help with that.
  • Hey minty.I have not made an official one yet but really should do. The thing is minty is that I am paying off my debt as much as I can a month because in March im going to be hammered with £120 per month in interest. The madder thing is ive been thru this before but I think tonight I will post my SOA and see where we are, im stuck on broadband on a cheap rolling tariff with o2 etc, just swapped my gas, 12 month contract with BT.

I work full time but was thinking maybe a weekend job or is that just toooo much?

so not done too bad. Im down to £7305 -not bad considering i was £9000 when I started this thread. All from some organisng and selling etc. I have been paid £120 in money from quidco and topcashback so that has gone in the Jar I cant wait to open it. I really hoping to have £500 in it - that would be amazzzzzzzzzzzing!!! I would pay it off my barclaycard! Im really gonna get myself outta this debt and stay out haha.

    Plan for this month.

Not much I can save with xmas coming up so just gonna be putting all my spare change in the jar and not gonna be spending much on things we dont need. I only got £400 - not sure wat I can do with that because of petrol and things but heres hoping.

    £100 for xmas presents
    £100 for petrol
    £200 for spends

next months plan pretty much the same

    £200 xmas presents

    £200 overdraft payment

:D:D Feeling much better today!! Ive applied for a santander Bank account so hopefully £100 + £35 cashback with TCB. I have also recommended 3 people to my very catalogue (my mum, bro n nanna) they get free £10 and once they spend £25 including the free £10 and pay it I get £100 off my bill wooo hoooo!!

I have £150 tracking with TCB
    £20 with quidco

Going to do some online shopping with tesco this week so with the first shop you get £10 off plus quidco money. I have also got my tesco points that I can spend on xmas presents cause the big exchange is on again wooo hoo.

Its really hard at this time of year to make money to pay off debt - ive started a new thread on cheap xmas presents. lets see how that goes.

    Debt now stands at £7200

I need to get rid of these ASAP

    Catalogue £260
    Overdraft £280

    Plan for next month

    £700 bills!!! GRRRRRRRRRR

    £200 xmas presents

£200 overdraft payment (gutted I can only pay this off my overdraft :( will find 80 quid somewhere maybeeeee?!?)

    £300 my money.

Hi Apple, it's hard wanting the months to go so you can chip away at the debts. I was lucky when I found this site I was £1000 in debt and I felt sick, obviously I didn't realise what other's go through, I also hate askin myself the do I need it question, I'm chipping away at my mortgage at the mo and car loan and feel like you do about bills, I grow my own veg have been doing for a few years now, keeps me busy, but that gets a bit addictive after a while.

I think your doing well keep it up.
