How enforcable are LDK security group's parking charges?

Im a ex staff member for LDK. I worked closely with the directors. DO NOT PAY THERE TICKETS.
1 there signs state they will obtain details from DVLA when it should say request.
2. They dont do anything about unpaid tickets. We where told by management to leave tickets that we think wont pay and target people who might pay.
3. They have one person working in the office who deals with everything.
4. I can promise that they have never done anything about 1 unpaid ticket. They dont have the money to do it.
5.LDK are a joke and you should NOT pay any tickets. They sit a car parks waiting for the next victims to come along hope they pay the ticket. You may as well burn £45 in your fire then pay there tickets.
Southfield way Near Durham Hospital. We where told to ticket cars where the ticket blew over even if we could see details through the p&d ticket.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT PAY. YOUR WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS SO CALLED PARKING COMPANY

Interesting comments, but this thread is now two years old since the last input to it.

But if you are genuinely an ex-employee stick around to give advice to others ensnared in this outfit's trap when they occur. And if there's any [STRIKE]dirt[/STRIKE] intelligence you can [STRIKE]dish[/STRIKE] provide on other PPCs we might be all ears.
