Too right Spoonz - thanks for the tip. I never insult the poor b*st*rds on the 'phone - it's rarely, if ever, THEIR fault. Also, you swiftly lose the moral high-ground if you're rude.

'Twas the great John Barrowman himself (oh yes) who first called me cheeky-saucy. Despite one or two points of order with him I may care to raise in the future, I suspect he might have had a point. So my question is this: should I be ashamed or proud? You decide, my friends... ;):D;)

    Sleep tight. xx
Agree 100% Roo, no point in venting at the person at the end of the phone - I listen to a lot of that during the day and, while the person ranting might feel better, it does little to resolve their issue.

Oooh, now there's a choice - I think you should be proud of being you, as far as I can see you've nothing to be ashamed of (well, apart from drinking loo cleaner, of course;);))

I know, we'll be in soooo much trouble with if.. when she gets back if we keep forgetting the troll warning:D

Sorry you're not feeling too brilliant, orange juice and plenty of vitamin C should sort you out, hopefully. xx

Just had a LOOOOOG conversation with my new Irish friend at AOL. Am hopeful that things are on the way to being resolved. But not before there was a lovely little surprise for me on the way. Remember that £148.91 that AOL tried to take from my bank account last week, generating an unpaid item fee...? They tried to take it AGAIN this morning. Yep, another fee.

I am told by afore-mentioned new friend that my particular case represents the worst case of ineptitude on behalf of his company's "agents" that he's witnessed. I wasn't amused.:mad::mad::mad:
