Evening all!
Hope y'all had a good day.
I got home to find a grovelling "Oirish" chap from the CEO's Office at AOL on the answering-machine, wanting to discuss my complaint. Hurrah! Left my work and mobile numbers on his machine, so hopefully will be able to laugh wryly at his excuses tomorrow - will let you know how I get on. Jasper is annoyed because it looks like he might not get to do some killing after all - AND he won't be getting a new colouring-book either... But I am quite keen to hear what excuses the executive parsnips can come up with for the months of misery they've put me through.
Actually, the bloke had a very s*xy voice. All my natural instincts are tempting me to flirt with him.
Alas for him, I am so very, VERY angry at AOL for the despair they've put me through that he will be denied the manifold blessings of my cheeky-saucyness. And woe betide him if he tries to bullsh*t me - or the next time he sees his b*lls will be on an X-Ray screen! Grrrr!!!
Ooooh! I hardly ever get angry. Isn't it refreshing?!:D0 -

Too right Spoonz - thanks for the tip. I never insult the poor b*st*rds on the 'phone - it's rarely, if ever, THEIR fault. Also, you swiftly lose the moral high-ground if you're rude.
'Twas the great John Barrowman himself (oh yes) who first called me cheeky-saucy. Despite one or two points of order with him I may care to raise in the future, I suspect he might have had a point. So my question is this: should I be ashamed or proud? You decide, my friends...
