windows xp needs repair - software need repair

the ones that says SP4.0 all of them as well as 2.0 above them....it is getting worse.

I'm just wondering why you need .NET framework?

On older systems it's a pain as it slows everything down, some applications require .NET framework but I ddin't think you needed it for windows xp sp3?

How old is your pc?

You say in your op........ I cannot load Microsoft 2010 that I puchased because of this........is that office 2010?

Try installing the latest Net Framework (v3.5) and that may cure the problem http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325fd-ae52-4e35-b531-508d977d32a6&displaylang=en

There is also 3 hotfixes which will show to download on auto update once installed.
