The murder of your partner is still illegal isnt it?

Hmm thought so....today I want to throttle my beloved, he got up at silly am, insisted on playing Grand Theft Auto in the living room at nearly full volume until about 9am when I finally got up and yelled at him about it, then decided he wants to tidy the flat. While walking around whinging that it's all my stuff that makes the place a mess....

My 'stuff' would be the bag with my diving kit in, a quilt, and a bag full of shoes (which in every other place I've lived has been in the bottom of my wardrobe - but we have no wardrobes). While when I walk in to the living room I promptly fall over the heap of boxes from the shelves he built three weeks ago, the box for his iMac - the imac itself which is in the middle of the rug with wires aiming to trip up anyone walking past, and a heap of boxes which mean I can't get at the far corner of the room. Thats the corner he wants to use to keep a cage with rats in (I'm doing my best to talk him out of that one I'd prefer Degu's which are his second choice).

Followed up by him complaining I didn't wash up after dinner last night - coming from the man who is washing up the slow cooker pot and a baking dish, both of which were last used at least 2 weeks ago but have been 'soaking' on the kitchen window ledge ever since.

So deep breath time and I've hung up all of my clothes, and taken three bin bags of crap out while he's off for a run.

Hey clippy, I tend to read and not post too often on the ms thread, not doing any assignments which are new to me so just kinda bumbling along without those moments of utter panic when you realise you have no idea what the brief is really asking of you, lol.

Don't get me wrong I'm incredibly messy too but I still have little more than one car load of 'stuff' to leave messing the place up since I've still not been home to collect more of my things, whereas he completely moved out of the house he shared with his brother and his room on camp - but still its all my stuff thats lying around making a mess. *sigh*

Right back at the home of the Spotty Dog and father figure for the weekend, I travelled alone in the end, the pet boy wanted to do some DIY.....god knows what I'll find when I go home!

So while I'm here I have spent several hours rummaging in my wardrobes and have binned two very large binbags of assorted clothes, as well as innumerable carrier bags of general acquired carp from over the years (18 of them and I'm a terrible hoarder!). I've also a couple of boxes of things I'll take back with me to ebay, and at least one large bag full of clothes I want to keep - mainly summery stuff as when I moved last year I took almost all winter clothes.

You might assume that these things would mean that the room is starting to look less cluttered but you would be wrong, it looks as awful as ever, I can only hope that when I leave there will be fewer things around and they'll be tidied up somewhat more than they are currently.

Back in the evil clutches of the south again, bringing with me two of four large boxes of books to use to reactivate my greenmet account, as well as god knows how many cds and DVD's and summer clothes - with any luck I can make it through this summer without needing to buy more as most of these are newish ones.

Random things which also made it in to my packing include assorted flavoured teabags, and random packets of cooking ingredients my Dad doesnt understand.

Apparently we're having a day out tomorrow so no doubt will spend far too much again but meh we don't get time to do stuff together often.

Had a nice day out in London although the weather wasn't fabulous it was probably as well since we walked down the south bank of the river via near enough every pub across Tower Bridge and then back up the north bank....

Sorted out the boxes of books and happily enough have sold one already - that'll be off to the PO tomorrow when I'm doing a MS on my way to work. Makes me feel that it was worth bringing them down here instead of just charity shop/binning the lot last summer.

Just done a quick comparison for my car insurance as its due in a couple of months and couldn't decide if it was worth adding the pet boy on - apparently it is, even taking in to account the additional year of NCD it's dropping by at least £100 in some cases by almost £300, the addition of the pet boy only puts £50 on it compared to if its just me so the lazy swine will have no excuse not to drive when we go anywhere in my car (instead of insisting that as he hates driving I ought to do it...).

Two more mystery shops done, one written up. Really struggling to motivate myself to do the second, but its one I *have* to get done or am likely to get another shirty auto message about reliability after having to cancel a fair few jobs in the snow last winter. Meh.

Second job written up...with the realisation that I may have missed a section in the shop - I'm sure the notes didnt mention it but there it was on the questionnaire, am hoping that as at the time I went in it was closing anyway so I'll scrape by on that one!

Still tomorrow morning two more shops one I get to take the boy with me to do, and another I can send him off to do some food shopping while I get it done. Then its an evening in work and off to the rugby on Saturday.

Just checked the cc statement, and once again both it and my bank balance look dismal for the start of the month :(

Going home for the weekend over the first BH has cost me 2 months of repayments (am waiting for the bank to send me the activation code for the new CC so I can do the balance transfer - but for some reason its all been sent to my old address possibly because they are moronic!)

I also need to chase up the old mobile phone provider....as they charged me again for a contract I called to cancel at the start of Feb so with the 30 days notice it should have cut off in March! *head wall*

Two different coffee jobs done and back home with a couple of hours to kill before work, best get writing them up I guess.

I've also won a goodreads first read book so when that arrives need to get it on the top of my to read pile so I can read and review it for them in hopes of making myself more likely to win others in the future (and hopefully reducing my need to buy books in the even that my to read pile is ever completely read).

Home again from a very lovely day out.

Been at Twickenham watching the annual Army Navy rugby. Met up with some friends prematch then went in to Aldershot for dinner and a drink with my lovely boy. Spent too much though and mostly on bottles of cider as per usual. Still at least this year we got the 'right' result in an Army win, 44 -10, the final score after an awful first half when it really looked like the Navy were going to keep the trophy!
