so if you knew someone who had no car tax, MOT and therefore insurance, would you report them, how would someone go about doig it annonomysly

If you knew someone personally you should have a word, but as above no tax/mot doesn't mean no insurance.0 -

Nope, a car must be roadworthy, it doesn't need a timed certificate to say that it is.0 -

ok it has no insurance
i wasnt sure if the no tax and MOT would invalidate it or not, but its irrelevant as the i know it is uninsured as well0 -
You can check online that the vehicle is insured (if you own/use it).

Of course in this case as this is not your vehicle you shouldn't run it through the check0 -
So is the car being driven and if not where is it parked?0
