As others have said, well done Martin.
I only got to see the programme yesterday as in NI it was shown at 12.15am. Had to DVD it. We got Insight instead.0 -
I agree Martin is increasingly becoming more and more recognised because of the knowledge he posesses. Well done Martin and I agree that the interview with the RBS didn't show how reasonable Martin said he was, in fact it confirmed Martin's fear that it would be eidited as such. I agree that to buy the caravan and car and he didnt seem to bat an eyelid does seem strange, but I suppose that's not the point. She had £50K of debt and I must say this show included and does anybody else agree, when I witness each moment that someone realises the amount of trouble they are in and they break down in tears, I get upset myself because I realise the amount of relief they feel and I remember the very same moment myself - now I'm not an emotional guy but it is such a profound moment. It was also interesting to hear the expression 'extreme debt' for those with debt over 100K and that the 50K debt on the programme was 'small fry' - that made me feel a little better. Is that ok to say that? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
