reclaiming_fairy wrote: »Guys,
I had to reply to this thread as I am using the company that this thread refers to for a few of my mis sold payment protection claims.
A few weeks ago I had a letter in the post to advise me that I had won back £11,245.31 from Legal & General in regards to my Mortgage protection, I signed the acceptance and sent it back to them and I have been advised that I can expect my money in the next 30 days........I was literally doing back flips in my front room.:j
I have also received a letter this week to say that we have won £2289.01 from my Lloyds Credit Card as well, I still have a HSBC Loan & and AA Loan to go yet.:rotfl:
I have to say that this company (for me) has done everything that it promised to do and that the dealings I have had with them they have always been pleasent and efficient.
I will recommend them to everyone who will listen especially as their work has just paid for my longed for extension that my husband has always said we cant afford:T
Can you please state which company you work for, what your real name is, given that you claim to have received a considerable (nae, record breaking) refund, in comparison to the 100s who have been fleeced by the company who employ you?
My name is Rowland Ferraro. I setup blogs about the parent company of Tribunal Action (trading name of Action Direct UK Ltd), and their parent, Fields Group Ltd.
My blogs attracted 100s of comments from people who were ripped off, like the other people in these threads, and the owners of Tribunal Action have done everything they can to silence me. I am currently defending an injunctive action against me by the owners of Tribunal Action, Fields Group Ltd. They are highly litigious so I warn you against posting your identity online.
This disreputable company are doing all they can to trawl the internet looking for bad reviews, and posting fake reviews. I have had many of these removed, which I have kept and passed on to my lawyer, but it is impossible to keep up with their systematic campaign of shill/fake reviews to mitigate against the genuine complaints against Tribunal Action's parent (Fields Group Ltd), who have 96 complaints against them registered by Trading Standards Bridgend, who have also intervened 10 times to secure refunds for customers who were defrauded.
I recommend that you search for complaints against Tribunal Action, whose parent company, Fields Group Ltd, run over 100 trading names and other paper-mill operations e.g. Quickie Divorce, Fields Data Recovery, UK Digital Solutions, and try to sell online just about every service under the sun.
Take into account the absurd claims that this poster makes, in comparison with the dozens of people who were ripped-off, does it seem realistic to you? Forewarned is forearmed.
If you need legal help I can recommend a website run by real solicitors called Legal-zone.co.uk (admin@legal-zone.co.uk). I do not work for them, I have never asked anyone for money when it comes to helping them get justice. Good luck to you all, and don't be fooled by these fake/shill posts. If anyone wants to see solid evidence that they have used this tactic countless times, please PM with your REAL name and state clearly that you are not in the employ, or any friend/associate of Fields Group Ltd, any of its subsidiaries or trading names.0 -
Am I allowed to mention the firm I unfortunately am with to get my PPI £ back. I have nothing from them to show for my efforts let alone theirs for four years. They cant now send a letter only an email - when I request/demand to know what is going on. It is always addressed to Dear A N Idiot instead of addressing it courteously as Dear Mrs/Ms/Mr Realname. They dont actually put A N Idiot but you know what I mean!! However, I now email them every week and they are blunt in their response. If one read between the lines one would read - leave us alone as we are not actually doing anything about your claim but just waiting for our fees to come through.. 30% as well. It has taken them four years to pull their digits out after me bombarding them with demands to do something as the FO had agreed that Lloyds had missold and the FO were telling Lloyds to cough up plus compensation and that was two years ago...In retrospect Lloyds have dragged their wellheeled heels all this time but the CC have not been proactive by any stretch of the imagination with their initial promise...They wont for instance give me rundown on their activities on my case - date by date, letter by letter, dates of phone calls etc.....
Moan over!!!! I would love to name the company though. Do you think on this forum I can. The company have actually changed their name from the initial one and now to another one to make it sound weighty and 'legal' and therefore trustworthy and reliable........they are not any of those things I can assure you.
Incidentally, on the end of their infrequent emails they have a sentence which asks if there is anything else they can help with - any other loans or accounts that have been charged with charges and insurance that they could help me with the refund of same. They must be oblivious to the fact that they themselves have shot themselves in the foot with the present and only claim I have and no way would I ask them with anything else!!0 -
Put a complaint into the claims company regulator.
Put all you have posted here.
Yes please name and shame them.

Amersall, I darent until I get my refund through and then I shall shout it out as loud as I can!! Unless of course I get so totally pessed off that I am compelled to name and shame them. Mind you that has been a few times over the last few years I can tell you...
Am I being a wus not naming and shaming them now do you think!!!0 -

The ministry of justice can force the company to refund the money. So, it can only help your case.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
