Watching Sky on a different tv in the house?

Hi
I was just wondering if there is something I can buy so that I can watch Sky tv on a different telly in the house without paying any extra subscriptions? I know I wouldn't be able to watch different channels at the same time with the 1 box.
Hope that makes sense?!
Thanks.
P.S I have the black HD Box if that makes any difference.

easy, you just need a magic eye and another remote control.
you can pick up a magic eye and a new remote cheap on ebay.
you run a cable from rf2 outlet on your hd box to the second tv. its easy to do, or you could buy the equipment then get an aerial installer to do it for you.
my hd box is in the living room, i drilled outside and ran a new cable to the upstairs bedroom tv.
the magic eye is powered by the rf2 outlet, in settings just ensure rf2 power is on, you will also need to re tune your tv.

magic eye and hd remote £12.50
ebay item number 320582803241
if your not confident then i would buy these, then pay an installer to do it, i think they would charge £40 give or take. 30 min job.0 -

Thanks for that, very helpful! Is it not possible to get a wireless magic eye? I have a new house and don't want wires trailing anywhere and I don't want to start drilling through walls! I suppose I will have to get a professional in if that's the only way!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Well a 'professional' is still going to have to drill a hole (one small hole) to run a cable in to the new location. It's not like you need to take the whole wall down...No free lunch, and no free laptop

If you don't want to drill holes why not get a wireless video sender?0

You wont be able to change the channels then.
The magic-eye allows you to control the Sky box0 -

the magic eye is the best option imo and will give best results, with an additional remote control. wires can be hidden/run neatly around the house.
mine is a new house too, it all looks very neat and tidy.
from my past experience the wireless sender picture quality was not as good, and it interfered with my wireless router.0 -

Thanks for that.
TBH I am not a fan of video senders, can't beat a bit of cable, but it may be the solution for the OP0
