Thankyou everyone for your help and advice which has been very valuable to me to get through all this.
I just had one question since im in the support group i am aware that the rate is now going to be £96.85 but because im on income related ESA will that mean I shall get the £13.65 enhanced disability premiuim. I read somewhere that everyone in the support group Income related gets this.

Back pay could take a matter of weeks as im still waiting for mine to come through and i won my tribunal on 16th July. Ive been told though it will be a matter of days now so not long for me to wait. I would wait at least 2 weeks and then phone ESa and ask them if they have received your tribunal notice and then ask how long it would take to sort out. Well done on your win.

I currently get paid by Giro cheque as I dont have an accounts. How will the backdate be paid??

If you get paid by Giro then they will send your back dated payment via giro too, depending on how much it is will depend on if it comes in more than one giro.
