Hope it all goes well so nervous
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. :AI'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Im a nervous wreck right now just thinking about the TRIBUNAL.
I wanted to know when will a decision be given is it after the hearing or is it posted out??0 -
I don't know for certain but my experience in dealing with such organisations is that they normally post the decision. They will no doubt make their decision there and then but I'm sure they don't want to risk setting off an incident by telling people there and then the appeal has been rejected.
Best of luck, try not to worry, and I hope you do your best in getting your points across to them.0 -

The decision is usually given on the day though sometimes they do send out the decision.0 -

They will ask you to wait outside afterwards, discuss your case, and then tell you the decision. They will also send confirmation in writing of whatever the decision is to you and the DWP.
They also have the option to postpone the decision though.
Good luck.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

I read advice on MSE stating that looking tired (the advice given was actually to stay up all night so that you look red eyed and tired) being unwashed and unshaven helps your case - so well done on being up in the middle of the night!! :j0 -

Well done on getting through the appeal. My hubby was placed in the support group last year and we had the back pay paid into our account within about five or six days.0
