Hi Fenna and welcome to the thread :hello:

I have found that coming in here and posting every day really helps me to focus, also at first keeping a diary of what I spent so I could weed out the unnessary stuff and try to combine things (eg If I know I am going to do a main shop one day then try to get petrol, leccy and baccy all on the same day)

Leaving the purse and cards at home helps too

I've also found that when I am down or overtired I find it all too easy to spend so I am trying to make a consious effort to be a bit kinder to myself whek I go back to work this week

Well as I envisiged (sp) I didnt have a NSD over the weekend. However, I am was very disciplined and didnt spend a great deal.

I didnt have a NSD today, also envisiged as I came to work on the train, however I did bring my sandwiches which is a good plus, so todays spend was minimal

Tommorow I shall be on the train again as I have a meeting first thing and some stuff to do after work so cant really come in on the bike However, the remaining part of the week I should be ok to make up for lost time.
