I need to try this. What are the rules of the game? I'm sure I could manage at least one day per week if I sort myself out...

Hi Everyone
Great update from Spoon and I have to say I love that walking chicken - it could be me - any chance you will say where it comes from.
The wedding story was so funny - made staying in worthwhile. I managed to stay out of the shops yesterday but then saw something on the Grab it pages and strayed .
Turns out it was too good to be true and the orders are being rejected. So a NSD.... but I was tempted. Today was a Work@home so no spends so far. And the house it stuffed to the gunnals - so I really don't need to buy anything. It the mood lasts I will be declaring 4 NSDs.
Good luck everyone.

Welcome Luisa, I'm sure you can too
I have found trying to organise my spending so I don't need to nip out for things I have forgotten or run out of helps
Also leaving my cards and purse at home helps too, particularly if I have a stressful day at work and want to 'comfort eat' on the way home.
