Hi all luffley NSD peeps xx
:hello:
Well not an NSD!!! I tried so hard too but London Midland trains had other ideas
To cap it all off when I got in I had to clean out the washing machine filter as I noticed it hadn't spun properly last night and I don't think I've put it back properly as it leaked when I turned it on :( Mind you at least it didn't flood when it spun so I will check it again tomorrow
My friend who retired recently wants to meet me on Tuesday, I was going to make Monday a spendy day and do the shopping. I could make it last till Tuesday but I'm doing a second job shift at 6 so if I don't get time I am hoping I can last until next Monday, I am on lates from Wednesday which means I can get a dinner with the residents and am also on lates overtime at the weekend so I think I have enough in for something for brekkie so to speak so we shall see
Wow!!!! what a rant ...........self obsessed that's me :rotfl:
See you all tomorrow
:hello:
Oh dear Kathy, what a day. You're entitled to a rant after that.
Hope you're feeling better now.
((((hugs))))

Hi lovely NSD gang :A
Lots of NSDs for day 5, well done everyone, great start for everyone, keep going!!:j
A very warm welcome to all our newbies signing up this month, new people are always welcome to join, we’re a a very friendly, if slightly insane, bunch and a surreal sense of humour definitely helps. We are, however, very serious in our aim to cut down on our spending and are happy to give advice/tips/hints so please ask if you’re not sure about anything. Everyone seems to have more success if they post regularly on here and join in the chat - not sure why, but it seems to work, so please feel free to join in:D
Welcome to:
newlywed: :hello: hi and welcome, good to have you on board. Signing you up for 18 now, good luck for the month and don’t forget to keep posting, that seems to be the secret.

Re A.Foods, yes a few people mention them on here, so not a problem, but usually abbreviate the name to AppF00ds (or something like that), maybe try that?

Morning campers
Well I am sad to say I totally failed last months NSD's target of 20
So I think I shall reduce to 15 NDS please Spoon
I am allowing for a weeks holiday in this too, but I am going to see how good I can be and actually see if I can have any NSD's while away. The best bit is that DH will be paying for most things..hehehehe. Trouble is I don't want to deprive him of tea and cake in tea shops in the afternoon, maybe if I do one every other day
So far I am up to 5 NSD's, mainly because I was ill with a cold best part of last week so didn't feel like going anywhere to spend money..lol
I do have a couple of things to buy for the holiday, but I am going to combine all my spends in one go when I go out on Thursday to Therapy and to Maidstone
Good luck to everyone, hugs to everyone too.

Good morning everyone!
#3 yesterday, yippee! Had a lovely day, beach was great, watched about 100 brave souls swimming in the sea race, then came home and did a spot of gardening.
We are on holiday this week so will try for NSDs where poss.
Going to garden centre today for coffee, but we have vouchers for that plus I've to get a small birthday present for my pal.
Thanks for the wedding report Dopey, what a laugh, I can just picture it. Being Scottish, I felt your pain re the 3-courser, by the time its over, you've lost the will to live!
Spoon, thanks for the face cream tip - 79p is mega!!
Have a lovely day everyone:D
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
Hi all,
Had my first NSD of the month on Friday. Saturday was all set to be one, OH even treated me to an Indian, but we stopped off at the shop on the way home to get ice cream and he had no change, so I ended up spending £1.20!!
Anyway, NSD 2 came yesterday and we made about £20 from a car boot so all good.
Out at Chinese with work people tonight so will definitely be a spendy day! Finally, debt free for the first time since I was 18!:DFirst baby born: 21/05/2014Second baby born: 04/03/20170 -
Fuel & weekly shop today. Should be back with the no spends tomorrow
Spoony - love the prizes also this month. Especially the mexican wave smilies. It made me smile0
