katenut - haha, I have huge "I can't cope anymore" paddys too! I've got myself a list, I've written it down though - sure it'd get lost in my head! I like your way of breaking it down. Whenever I've got a list to do, I think of it as a "must-do" list and I normally add eeeeverything I can think of to it. Then, when I obviously don't get it done I'm back to the paddys! I need to go and add a nice thing to my list.

kathy40uk - I'm going to ensure I'm posting daily to try and keep focus then. I was kind of hiding because I was doing so badly with my NSDs!

Hi all, just wanted to report that I managed a massive (for me anyway) 14 NSD so I'm very pleased with myself. (bordering on smug if I'm honest!) :j:j:j:j:j
Right I'm off to post my target for October in the lovely shiney new thread.

And you've every right to be! Like I said up ^^^ there, it's what YOU get from doing something that helps you develop strategies to cope with your circumstances & that includes the seemed-a-good-idea-at-the-times too
