10. Stop making lists
Hi Buffy - i wondered where you had gone off to. Glad to see that you are still making goo inroads to clearing the debt - still way ahead of me.
Remember to relax during the break and don't beat yourself up over anything - you need permission before you do that.
Will hopefully see you on the boards some time.
Take care

stop making lists....??????????? does not compute!
I am back after the end of term insanity and weekend away to Manchester, I no longer have the pain between my shoulders or a dull threatening ache in my head...........I believe people call this feeling relaxation. I am enjoying it.
I have generally spent too much in December, but an not hugely worried, I believe people call that feeling denial! but hey I am HOLIDAY and couldn't give a stuff! (till January anyhow!)
I am half way through cleaning out the Goldfish tank so can't be long, just wanted to say hello really, Happy Christmas and sorry I haven't been around much.
will probably be back post fish cos I have some diaries to catch up on
