spoke to them today there is nothin i can do - what a sham - to be told 4 times its in stock then not be is a joke
i have had to order a lower spec one i didnt really want to spend £600 anyway i suppose0 -
i have got nowhere today but i have had some great service from them - i have been emailing the cs manager he has taken payment for my new laptop now and taken the laptop down to the loading area personally - okay i lost out but i got a core xbox with 4 games for 179.99 so its not all bad0

I just got fobbed off saying that they havent got any in stock but they were sourcing some more from another supplier at a higher price (Yeah right, just relisting the ones that they already have in stock).
Took me two emails and a phone call for them to give me a refund they kept on saying choose an alternative or wait till we have the stock in at the new price. I cant believe that they took the money knowing none where supposedly in stock.0 -
