    iam going to people who ordered after me must have got it its an outrage - £602 has come out of my account can they do that
  • i have written a letter to steven neilson - head of customer services - something has got to be done
  • You want to copy that to Which, when I spoke to them they said its out of stock and we 'won't be getting any more at that price', which is just outragous.

    They gave me the impression that they didn't want to refund as they said that I 'would have to choose something with a similar spec'.

    I don't mind if they have run out but they should not have debited my card or tried to force me into choosing another that I didn't want.

    I have cancelled my order now. Hopefully they wont reverse my Quidco :-)
