Yes £599 I ordered a case as well and they have taken £630

Anyone know if I can quote part of the trading standards or something?

They might not have TAKEN £613, they may have only ringfenced it on your account. Two different things.

However, their T&Cs also state:

Let's face it, Easy Computers could have refused to honour any of the orders.

It seems like discrimination to me. How can they decide to sell to some people and not others? Is my money not as good?

It is also a cheek, because I had to phone them this morning to confirm my card details - and nothing was said at the time.

Wow it came at 9.30 this morning despite being free delivery -thanks to ms01ma's suggestion , and soo much thanks to bobdauilda for the find -and to all the posters as i just don't have the knowledge to buy something like this -i am thrilled-I think i got a really good deal for my money.

Dunc6-sorry you didn't get it but i did check online today and maybe they are out of stock.
On MSE something else good always arrives soon enough!



PS Thank you thank you-it is so lovely the screen is big and bright and the little camera and fingerprint thing is so dinky.

Site is now out of stock and they will ask to discuss an alternative if you have purchased one and they do not have stock.

Anyone spoken to them about an alternative? The woman on CS asked me to choose an alternatvie but I didn't have access to my PC when I spoke to her so I told her I would call back.

Do you think I should ask her to give me something of the same spec? I think they will ask me to pay the difference.
