  • They gave me the impression that they didn't want to refund as they said that I 'would have to choose something with a similar spec'.

    Just quote this too them :


    We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Conditions. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. Our contract with you only begins when we have validated payment and have despatched the goods. Any communication which you receive from us prior to despatch is not to be deemed as acceptance of your order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within a written or verbal quotation, or contained within any fax or e-mail correspondence however received, all these orders shall be deemed void. In these circumstances, you receive a full refund. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices.. If due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong we have the right to terminate an order. Should such an error occur we would inform you of the revised price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. You are advised to obtain the full product specs from the manufacturer’s website.

  • i know but its worth a try im just annoyed becuase they told me 4 times and i had emails stating my stock had been picked and was waiting for dispatch - if there was no stock at the time i wouldnt be complaining but my status said waiting for dispatch all weeked

    you are telling me - one of these times was today - 40 mins before my status changed to out of stock
