The 710 is the OIL on the cap but upside down.

Personally I would be checking out the flux capacitor.

There's a self fix (modification) for this fault on the Vectra and it costs nothing, the engine's are the same across the Vauxhall range.
Join an owners forum for your car and ask around.

The light is off now and the car is running fine.. hopefully i wont have to do anything...
