No I don't think expecting a certain level of customer service is asking too much lol!
The £181 refund would be annoying me the most.

I know, why should they be earning interest on our money! I think it's disappointing because they were really helpful on the phone. Sleep well!0 -

I replied to this once! My computer is being tempremental tonight.
You do start to wonder after a while with some of these companies.
First week back going well thank you. Had the Monday Morning feeling all day Sunday, but just needed to get in and get on with it. Lovely class and managing work load so far. Going to try and have a worklife balance this year!
Hope your week is going well.0 -

New books are nice, fresh start. But... it's great looking at progress in old books. I love comparing last page to first page.
On FB, but definitely not a fanatic!
Also off to bed, husband on earlies this week so waking up at 4:30am! Not getting up until an hour (or so!) later though.
Night all x0 -
I loved getting that new exercise book and writing your name on the front in your best handwriting!

Hope you two (woo and happy) have had a good day. Have chased British Gas, apparently the credit balance wasn't refunded. It better be this time! Rang the financial ombudsmen for advice about tackling One Call re failure to send proof of no claims bonus, they are writing to them tomorrow for me!
The turn of sky and Absurd and Ludicrous tomorrow (if money is still floating around in the ether).
Only spending today was WW, but that's monthly pass. Needs to be a frugal week!0
