Cloudy here - haven't been outside to check the temp.
Where is the 'confused' smilie when you need it?
I got a letter in the post with an out-patient app - for next March!
Plus I have no idea why they have given me an app. HNeed to find medical file and see if I have ever been to this clinic before (I don't think so)
vanilla - massive hugs and coping vibes0 -
Helioooo Mudders
sounds like busy but good to me. Apart from the clean person invasion that sounds urgh!
Vanilla (( big hugs )) I sure hope everything will settle for you soon x
Well I've given kids activities a miss today as I am shattered from having a full day with 4 kids at Flamingoland, was going to be about £20 and a bit skint too. I must do some tidying/cleaning today, got a washer load done & out but that is all so far. Cough is worse so making me feel sorry for myself. Grass is cut, DPs brother did it after informing me my £300 mower he has been borrowing is broken grr!
Ok if I do myself a list I might actually get it done instead of bits here and there
Clear and clean half of the kitchen
Fill a bin bag of rubbish from anywhere
Set Ds1 up to practise doing shoe laces
Get Ds2 to bring the dirty laundry from his room and clear space for me to get in the wardrobe
Put the gazebo in the garage
Sort out something for teaOne day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Mrs Chaos - You'll be fine driving to the Cricket ground on a saturday. It's Monday to Friday that the traffic is manic. I used to work in an office block right by the ground.
Dustykitten -We love Chatsworth. Last time we went ithe house was decorated for Christmas. A wondeful day out.
Vanilla -Hugs.
Right, I've been to the library, M&S, MrT (the little one) and Matalan. Just having a coffee then I'm off.......kitchen, HHI then lunch.....oh and the cat litter needs doing :eek:Yesterday is history
Tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift
That's why we call it 'The Present'0 -
hhc done ... stretched it abit though oops.
DW reloaded
WM emptied and reloaded
TD loaded
stairs cleared and swept
paperwork decluttered (still some to do)
returnable deposit from holiday cottage chased
now for 15 mins of deep cleaning ...I'm off for a shower and get dresssed ...well it is Saturday!0 -
Plan for this morning:
Buy eggs [STRIKE]and do lottery[/STRIKE]- asked DH to do it with his
[STRIKE]bath DS2[/STRIKE]
HHC in each room (6 ) bathroom and kitchen done
lunch - started
collect DS1's friend by 2pm
I'll buy the eggs on the way or wait until tomorrow. DS1 is in the shower and I'm scoffing lunch while I'm on here. Then dress DS2 and sort lunch for the boys. Get washed and dressed myself while they eat.
Ooops - must remember to take joyride tablets for DS1. Will get at least one more load of washing out, leaving a manageable amount for tomorrow. I don't mind if I don't get much else done. Much more important that we get off on time.
Thanks for the vote of confidence re driving, hex and maxonian. I'm going from home across the Pennines, then on the motorway to drop the teens at a pub near the cricket ground. I hope they have sufficient parking so I can wait for them there tonight. No parking at the ground itself and some roads will be closed, and this pub seems to be a common drop-off point (it's called The Trafford). Then DS2 and I will drive on to the Trafford Centre for a look around/tea/cinema. I've got all the directions from the AA website, so I should be fine.
Time to finish lunch with a cuppa and something sweet and then get moving. x0 -
 have a lovely time Mrs C0

another HHC @ 1pm, see you there ...0

The rest of my list to be done. Have to leave some bits as Ive hurt my back and cant bend, stand, sit, etc without being in agony so whilst it isnt money saving its time saving and sanity saving for me ive booked an ironing collection for tomorrow night, so someone is going to pick up my ironing do it all and return it to me on monday evening
Ive also treated myself to a kenwood chef so that will be using that later on for soemthing yummy once ive got downstairs cleaned to the best of my ability. Think I will be able to manage most of the list once ive taken a few tramadol.
Im now debating if i can get another load of washing hung out to dry as that then means i could get another load of washing in and dried before tomorrow. the weather im not sure about so think i might just put it over the radiators.
