    Thank you gingerandrubarb, these are lovely and will certainly have a go at some of them. I'm still looking for the Kirstie Allsop idea from last year. They were really simple to do as I recall, but I'm blowed if I can remember what she did exactly! :(


    Have you tried re-watching the show hunny? and jotting it down? they have all the shows on You Tube? :T

    Haven't read the whole thread - just the first page so far, but some great ideas there!

    Last year i did sock monkeys, pots of gold, jar of chill pills, box of hugs

    This year i want to do pots of gold, clouds with silver lining, flavoured vodka and some ideas pinched from this thread :D

    CO-OP have half price on the Ferrero Rocher's at the mo might be worth stocking up on the ready for the pots of gold

    hmmmmm
    i normally use a recipe that uses a double boiler
    and i think (havent tasted this yet) it makes a smoother curd
    but time will tell

    its the easiest thing in the world to make
    and you can pretty up the jars easily & cheaply
    drying lemon slices is easy
