  • Hi Geoff,

Curly04 - I know you are helping so I'll let you know what I was allowed as we're a family of four.

Also Geoff use this link for SOA as it has all the bits you are allowed & means that you won't miss anything out like Hols, car MOT, service etc.

    http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

We were allowed £500 for groceries, £50 Holiday, £40 clothing, £20 for childcare / nursery fees - remember you are allowed monies for kids clubs @ £5.00 each

I did our SOA's like this - did each one seperate, then put a fair contribution of each others wages onto each others SOA. It takes some getting your head round but is doable. May also mean that your surplus will be less.

That's what I was allowed as that was only what I paid & put down. Childcare is higher so providing that you can prove what you pay there won't be a problem. Didn't mean to frighten you...

Phew! Not that he's even born yet, but have already had to book his place at the nursery ready for when i go back to work next year (that in itself frightened me!)

You should make the most of a Saturday night,

    No work next day
    Feet up and chill
Grin knowing that you're not the only one watching the crap they put on TV
Good excuse for a slurp of your favorite tipple
Lay in bed in the morning! :D
