Well I will be making a huge complaint against the store manager in both stores - but especially with regards to store 2. He honestly did make me intimidate me and tried to make me feel as if I was in the wrong!0 -

Does anyone know what the deals are with DSs at the moment? Am I right in thinking that if Brain Training poster is still up, it wont trigger the discount? Can't seem to find stock anywhere!0 -
Got some fairy dishwasher tablets. SEL £6.00 reduced from £8.98?

Check your Council Tax Band on the VOA Website as you could save 1000's - http://www.voa.gov.uk/council_tax/cti_home.htm0 -

And? How does that stop me from disagreeing with you? Wether someone is a 'newcomer' or an 'outsider' or 'not local' or however else you want to phrase it I'll help them get what they are after if I know where they can find it. It shouldn't matter if they want some skanky £15 piece of dead cow or a £150 phone - the 'community' of the forum is supposed to help people save money - not spend £30 on petrol if you know there is somewhere with/without one.
I don't want this thread to be closed, so it's my last post about it on this thread, but feel free to start a seperare thread discussing it.

After reading your posts (thanks by the way) i went on a mission to find an xbox 360 and luckily enough i managed to find one in prestwick with the posters still up (yipee) but of course had the same agro as alot of people only offered £20, so will wait for tomorrow morning to speak to customer services.
But what about the fact that the offer is still in operation till the 28th of this month (september) should it not matter if they dont have the sign up as we all know this offer exists and even have photographic evidence???
Someone please answer. x0 -

kondormid wrote:So, I was thinking, how strange it is that consumer rights should be treated religiously and yet if consumer rights were ingrained into religion the rights of those practising it would be protected.
I decided to set up my own religion, it is called the church of consumer rights. It is now illegal (human rights act articles 9, 10 and 14) for anyone to ban me from a store from expressing my religion by actively seeking pricing errors as long as I do not break any laws in doing so. It is also illegal (data protection act) for anyone to store and transmit data sensetive to my religion and on how I practise my religion.
Just a bit of fun really as I never intend to use it (shouldn't have to!) but it is my religion now and it might just come in usful one day. Im even knocking a website up so I can point manager in the correct reading of rules etc.
Cool. Can I be archbishop?0 -

I seem to remember from the last cenus that there was a case that the jedi knights came into being a real religion. Your right you could do the same. Does this mean Martin Lewis becomes the Pope ?
