I am pm-ing letter. I have doctored it - you will need to put in your local Trading Standards address and times, dates and phones etc. The last paragraph is the most important.

No, the core ones are definitely still getting refunded in full.

A HUGE THANKYOU to the person who started this thread.

I have been able to get a psp & Tekken today.

I was offered £30 for an over charges on the game but I said that I would like to ring HO when I got home just to clarify. cs man said he would ring & he was put straight through to Joanne who told them I was intitled to a refund of it all.

The BBQ ones are the ones that arent working so you could get a pack of a different flavour and a pack of BBQ (some one said something about a discount coming off if you bought 3 packs, so I only bought the 2 and no discount was applied).

I think that was me. I picked up a cheese and a BBQ, discount come off, but on receipt said '3 for £2' so I bagged another.
