As far as I know, the PSP still works as long as you buy the base pack (£149.97) or the White Value Pack (£179.99) and the GOTW. The GOTW is still Tekken.

If you get one, Coolio, go back a few pages on here to find out how to get the machine back down to firmware 1.5. Then you never need buy a PSP game again.

Did you phone, or was that a reply to your email? Either way, that is incorrect, toadyfrog, for the reasons given in my previous answer. However, it's your call. If you are prepared to accept that, there's not a lot anyone here can do. Like I said, it is an offence to give misleading price indications. Having a poster up advertising an offer that is no longer valid comes under this. Report them to TS.

Yes but only if they sell it with the £20 discount off the phone which you didn't get!

R&R definitely....Phone them up or get someone else to call them with your details

For once, I had a bit of time to spare this afternoon so I noted all the recent posts, went to Tesco in Coventry and couldn't find a single misprice!

Where am I going wrong? :rotfl:

I got an r&r for a phone last week. The store offered me £20 & refused to give me an r&R - I was embarrassed but stood my ground. I then rang head office & who ever answered the phone sorted it for me within 3 mins I had a call back to say go to the store to pick up my refund


They did take down the poster while I was at the CS desk
