Better still have them right "sold un-sealed" on your receipt and woe betide them if they give you any arguement.

Just to clarify YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED. (Don't you just love those words?)If you have to return an item it is reasonable for the vendor to expect that item returned in the same condition as it was purchased, they cannot however impose any conditions that were not present at the time of sale such as a factory seal for instance as this would infringe your rights.

let me just clear this up, trevor_john, I use MSN and speak to a few R&Rers on the site, but we all fess up to every R&R we find on here as per normal. Nothing dodgy at all. We just chat about what muppets Big T are etc!! Feel free to add me, msn in my profile.
