It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I've been sorting out my xmas stash :) (most bought in the 70% off boots sale in Jan) managed to sort 14 people out with pressies, they have been wrapped too :) just the ds's to sort now, dh and my mum, and a few other people :) so quite chuffed :)

dh's veg soup is simmering away in the slow cooker and smells absolutly lush, think i may be pinching some as i can't afford to do cd anymore :( absolutly gutted, although i was only 4lb off from losing 2 stone :)

We had such a carp holiday earlier in the year, we just wanted one where we could relax and chill out. We won't be getting any bikes because my daughter (who is 23) is disabled and has mobility problems.

check where on the site the hotel is, it's probably quite near to the village centre so not too much walking, also check where the aqua sana is, at Sherwood it's in a different location from the village centre, the maps give you approximate walking times to various locations, if you're not sure phone them up and ask. leave plenty of time to get yourself to the booked locations, it's a nice walk and you will spot lots of things on the way that you'll probably want to stop and look at. you can hire mobility vehicles and I'd definitely recommend a torch for night time

Sorry everyone for going on and on and on about Center Parcs, I just love the place!

I really must start thinking about christmas soon.

I am drinking more wine and waiting for chloe to go to sleep so I can watch the film Final Destination on Sky! I don't do Horror films as a rule as I get too scared but I find the scream films and these too ridiculous to be scary...although I wouldn't want to watch them on my own:rotfl:

Well done on the cleaning Buffy....and Bunny.....

Never really thought about Center Parcs tbh....although I would just love a normal holiday.

Don't be too downhearted Claire....you are doing SO well. Having Xmas pretty much sorted in August is fab. And to have lost (almost) 2 stone is such an achievement - I know.....I've been there and it's not easy!

Focus on what you have achieved - you WILL get there.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

Totally agree! You can still eat healthily yourself, soup is great, and losing nearly 2 stone is fantastic!
