had a lovely dinner, didn't have chicken but used up a pork chop which i have had in the fridge a couple of days. This is the start if trying to minimise food waste!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

I lost a fair bit of weight in August because I had severe food poisoning, but I don't recommend it as a weight loss method! Didn't get out of bed for 10 days (apart from to dash to the bathroom ) and couldn't run for 3 weeks :(

I can feel the difference now I'm back running now, not carting as much lard around which is good!

Christmas? oh jings! My brain can't cope with that!!

think I could manage to do a home-made crimbo if I set my mind to it!

Went to my parents for a BBQ this afternoon and I took with me only things that I'd made, was really pleased as in the past this would have cost a fair few quid.
