    Hello, I'm having a chilled day because I'm doing a 16k run tomorrow.
    I booked restaurants, activities and bikes for Center Parcs on 1 October.
    We've not bothered with bikes before, I gave Jess a choice of the trailer to sit in or the tandem bike add on thigy and - not surprisingly- she opted for the covered trailer. She's even been practising her royal wave and saying "Toodles lovey!" for when she's in her chariot.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    I am done the majority of my list Buffy.

    Still need to make tea, pick up kit and do online shop, hoover upstairs and re-make beds. Phew

    Oh, and mop floors...sigh

    good afternoon

    we had a fab day in gloucester yesterday :) bought a few more xmas pressies so need to sort what we have now :)

    been a busy bee this morning, cleaned the bedrooms and in the middle of cooking a chicken dinner :)

    a pile of towels are blowing lovely onj the3 line ande another load is in the machine.

    dh has decided to declutter drawers today :)

    I emptied a cupboard.

    Got an e mail from a fish friend and so have been uploading pictures of goldfish.

    started raining :( towels are now in tumble (although they were practically dry) now the sun is out :)

    had dinner it was yummy. just waiting for the dishwasher to finish.

    bones from chicken are in the slow cooker making chicken stock for dh veg soup :)

    Meatballs made and in the sauce in the slowcooker now. Compost composted, cleaned out bins as well. Did dishes too. Now, to tackle upstairs...I may be some time...wish me luck and send for backup if not back in an hour....
