Sorry Katsu...I hope I haven't upset you. The dress is for my xmas do...just saw it now and thought I'd buy early, rather than panic later and overspend.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

Thanks Linda and Scaredy. I've had to pay delivery (or do a 10 mile round trip and possibly have to pay for parking too) and it is still cheaper than anywhere else I could find, so I'm looking forward to getting it and chuffed that the cheapest price came with cashback too. I don't need it until the end of September but DH pointed out it is probably too big for the letter box so will be, hopefully, a trip to the sorting office after I miss it if they send by RM. Hopefully £4.99 lightweight items don't go courier.
I also got a textbook for Uni cheap on Amazon marketplace tonight (went via Nectar website of course) so am pleased with having got the shopping cheap - although I kinda wish I could have gone without shopping. I went into town earlier and my money spent itself, as it does. It was all bargains and the 99p shop, but it still adds up.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Oh no, not upset me at all, I love the way that chat ranges around and the vicarious shopping is guilt free.Sorry Katsu...I hope I haven't upset you. The dress is for my xmas do...just saw it now and thought I'd buy early, rather than panic later and overspend.
I just meant that I felt the dresses were far more fun shopping than my geeky hunt for a collapsible washing up bowl, and that maybe my excitement over the cheap price at halfords was a bit silly

I think I'm just suffering from the guilt of going to town and getting shopping. I spent about £30 in town, had a big spend in Mr S yesterday (£100) and have spent nearly £30 online tonight. That is quite an expensive week for me. I've also realised that paying for my course fees means I won't reach my MFW target for the year, so I'm trying to work out how I can reduce my spends so I can continue with some level of OPs.
Just a crazy bag day, don't mind me

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Don't worry Katsu...I get just as excited about those sort of things too. Sometimes the little bargains I get from Wilkos make me much happier than a big splurge (not that I have those any more).
BTW....was the washing up bowl for camping?YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
