Pity, you didn't 'phone Friday or earlier, the points would've been added to the total that comes out in the May mailing - looks like you'll now have to wait till August.

Just found out of date vouchers and tokens I had redeemed ages ago.
Gave them to my mum to spend as a treat and then she couldnt find them ( in fact swore she had never had them she is nearly 80 now and i didnt realise at the time it was the onset of alzhimers - I knew they were somewhere )
Just going through some old paper work and they fell out - wait for it !
£20 worth or club card vouchers valid until 29.2.08 :eek:
£120 worth of tokens valid until august 2006 :eek:
Any one any ideas how to get/ or had old vouchers / tokens reinstated.
Ive rang CS but they are on speaking from a script mode.
Any help appreciated - I could cry and kickmyself at the same time - wish I had never found them - its a nightmare

Whether from a script or not, doesn't make any difference - you can't - they are out of date! It doesn't matter whether its valid until 30 Nov '10 or 29.2.08 - they are out of date. That's why it's so important, if you are saving vouchers, to put them in a safe place and to put them in oldest date first.
CC have no way of knowing if the vouchers had been used (on-line) or returned to points previously.

Thanks for this tip. I thought I had about £3 worth of lost vouchers. Found £33 - can double up to £66! That's almost a week's food shop - FAB!:j

Just got my mum to check her balance - we found £22 worth of old vouchers, used them to get £60 of days out vouchers which we are going to use to take Dad out on a steam train for his Birthday next month!

Checked this site as I knew i'd washed some recent ones in my jeans pocket, and found i'd also missed some from the last couple of years, total of £13.50 to spend , thanks for the info

Ive got a pile of vouchers. The website shows a list of used vouchers but they don't show the online codes. It would be reassuring to match up the codes with the paper vouchers to see which have actually been spent before throwing them away.

£135 in unused vouchers - woo hoo!!
Mentioned to my wife we had unused Tesco vouchers (but not how much) and she said she knew - not so woo hoo!!
BUT... she only thinks she has £120, so £15 free for me - woo hoo!!

And another thing - she found £19 of expired vouchers, are these now dead or can I still recover something?

I want to kiss the OP! I live in a flat and had been thinking that it seemed a long time since I'd received any vouchers. Thought maybe the neighbours were helping themselves! Anyway, I've got £29 in unused so not a massive amount and it includes the recent ones but... no, I can't actually say it... ok, every little helps.

Thought that while, I was on the site, I'd take a look at the rewards, never used them before. How fab! Am going to swap £10 voucher for £30 Pizza Express token with extra £10 wine offer. Am practically falling of my chair with excitement. Will treat the other half but I know I'll be so pleased with the deal I'll have to tell all!
