Ring Clubcard (opt for My Clubcard Account), and they will guide you through the logging on process.
Once in to MCA you can see your vouchers - total sent, and ones unused, with the latter it shows the voucher codes - you can use these to quote with any (Tesco) on-line orders. If you want to use them in-store ring Clubcard, and they will roll them over for the next mailing.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Being able to see them on-line is only a recent innovation from Tesco with the launch of My Clubcard Account, but it was previously possible (and still is for someone without MCA access) to 'rollover' lost vouchers whether change of address, or savaged by the dog!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I have to say I don't like the quality or prices in Tesco so don't shop there often - give me Sainsburys, Asda and Lidl anyday but it is nice to have an extra £2 to spend if I'm near one - can this be spent on groceries in store? Does anyone know?
Also I know vouchers can be tripled in value when exchanged for rewards but have never understood how it works/they are claimed - it all seems very complicated compared to Nectar and Boots Advantage and so I have never used any Tesco ones. . .Surely £6 in rewards is not going to get me far - do rewards have an expiry date too?
Can anyone provide an idiot's guide - and I do mean real idiot!0 -

Actually nothing is showing on my account so not entirely sure it's working properly. Anyone else had problems?
Probably means that your Tesco.com account wasn't linked to your normal (physical) card, so if you don't shop on-line - nothing shows on that account.
If you've had your purse stolen recently, ring Clubcard tell them about that and the 'lost' vouchers, they'll check your voucher history and rollover the voucher value back to points for the next mailing. In the meantime pick up a temporary card from a store, and give them that no - you can use that while you're waiting for the replacement card.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I have requested vouchers in the past from rewards earned, but never received them in the post. Forgot all about them until heard about claiming unused rewards, do you think i will be able to claim these rewards back even though they were requested as a voucher for alton towers and pizza express. I am sure that tescos have arecord of claimed vouchers from suppliers. any suggestions?0
