Tesco.com have launched a new Clubcard mini-site, which gives a lot more detail about your CC account, points accrued, vouchers used etc etc. I posted this on the other board, as I found when I logged into it and looked in "Your Vouchers" section, that I had a £21 CC voucher dating back to last year that I hadn't used!! It seems that several other people have found the same thing - forgotten about or lost old vouchers - these can be either reissued in paper form by ringing Tesco CS, or else on the mini-site it actually gives you the online code for the unused voucher so you can use it for online purchases or rewards!

As I say, I found £21 that I didn't know I had, so immediately used it to buy £80 of reward tokens (days out / restaurants)!! :beer:

I lost all my vouchers during a house move, so phoned tesco and they cancelled all my vouchers and re-issued them. They arrived with my next batch of vouchers three months later all with new expiry dates!!! So the ones that were due to expire were valid for another two years. Currently now holding over £200 of vouchers - hoping for a holiday out of it!!

I have just found £24 worth of vouchers I have not used. Happy with that.

I saw this and went on the website, after struggling to get i did eventually and found i had £61 in unclaimed vouchers!!!!! :j:j

I went on the site sure that I had used all my vouchers and found that I had £45 worth of unspent vouchers. I could not believe it! Thank you Martin I will be letting all my friends know.

I checked our account and found there are £151 unused. These will be converted to Air Miles (for triple value).

I also checked "Vouchers you have used" and found that £17 pounds worth of vouchers from our account had been spent in Tesco Bedford. As we have never been to Bedford I queried this with Tesco. They confirmed that the vouchers had been redeemed and are now investigating to find out how and by whom, so we may have more to come.
