Yep thats what i have (didnt wanna post initially incase it was a real code lol )

We should get them, the dispatch email forms the contract so it shouldnt matter that we have no idea when they are coming...just that they will... im tempted to email them but i dont know lol

Just as a side note, i had the tracking number problem when i bought off Amazon before.

Aparently DHL use longer codes in some countries.
I was told to use the german site dhl.de in the end and tracked it through there and it worked.

If goods are comming from germany say, then the German DHL will give them 10 digit codes were if they were being sent within the UK we would only get 8 digit so the UK site is only geared up to accept 8 digits. You have to use the DHL site for the country where the goods are sent from, not where they are going to!

last time i receive a 'DHL' parcel from germany, it was delivered by Royal Mail lol

I got the PAK code too for DHL and my parcel just arrived - it was a totally free one - it comes from Swindon on Parcelforce 24 in a MASSIVE box - hope you are all as lucky

Wohoo all 3 of mine just delivered also by parcelforce 24. Looks like we are all getting them

Must say though if anyone got the childrens inflatable chairs. i.e Pooh bear or cinderella not a great design the bit that hold the air in pops out really easy. I have already inflated my sons 3 times already. Can't really grumble though as it was free
