Has anyone ordered from these and still not had a dispatch email? Both myslef and my partner ordered at 4am Thursday morning and neither of us have had dispatch emails..got the one showing the orders and stating that is not a contract until the dispatch comes through yet they have taken both lots of money from paypal and we have had nothing since..theres also a bas review about them on ciao saying its a scam?!

i've not had my dispatch e mail either so maybe we won't get the order

I ordered to mine, my mother in laws and my mums addresses and i've had confimation with a DHL code to track my orders on them all. Apparently they are in the country and waiting to be delivered via van.

I didnt get a dispatch confirmation so i emailed them and asked them about my order they said that they had sent me an dispatch confirmation with tracking number but i did not get it but they gave me my tracking number.

I order early thursday morning too and still haven't received a dispatch email either. think i might try emailing them.

Same problem my tracking code is only 8 letters but its ment to be 10? (im assumming the [] brackets arent included as they are neither letter nor numbers...it doesnt work with them anyway lol)

I also have the same problem. I made 3 orders from different email addresses and they all have same tracking number
